Rovinsky and Associates, Inc. is pleased to offer an initial phone consultation at no charge to potential clients. During this call we will give you an opportunity to discuss your requirements, and do some preliminary fact-finding. We are happy to answer questions that you may have specific to your issues, and explain how we would plan to meet your needs.
Once we have established initial contact, we would forward an e-mail confirming our discussion and giving you more specific information about how we propose to tailor our services to meet your project needs. In this email we would outline our proposed approach, the scope of the work, offer a tentative time-line for completion, and list our fees.
If you decide to engage Rovinsky and Associates, Inc. the first step would be to execute an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). We are very sensitive to the fact that information exchanged during our engagement is sensitive and generally highly proprietary. Engagements are available on an hourly, per diem, project, or retainer basis.
